Story of "the end"

We all know the story of Genesis (I hope)
Now I will tell you the story of "The End" :

Adam still remembers the Garden of Eden and misses the joy of being there...
And after all his time and turbulence, he has found a way to go back to those joys -

Though, God provided for him even on Earth however...

He has killed all the animals because it reminds him of the evil serpent.

The gardens were chopped long ago as he only wants to remember "The Garden."

And he has killed all Eves too - selective reminder of his old times.

He also polluted the air that was breathed into him when he was a form made of only dust.

And whatever is left with him on the Earth, he is damaging it beyond repair.

Adam thinks if he will destroy everything that was provided to him, God will have no choice but to call him back to the Garden of Eden - just him - as everything else is controlled by him and hence removed from existence!

Adam thinks that he would live happily as it was in the beginning...just him - in the Garden of Eden!

Adam thinks...

A dangerous evening!

We were standing almost in front of each other...

I saw him then while his eyes were fixed on me ever since I stepped into the circle.

And I didn't know what to do inside that area of rocks and mud and trees and just us...
Yes, no one was around to act a fool like myself
I've entered that area on an impulse, knowing the dangers within.

And right now one of the danger and myself were so close to each other that it will take only a second for any of us to touch the other.

After a while, still staring at each other; I understood that he is not going to budge.
So I moved back - one step at a time till I was completely out of the circle; our eyes still fixed on each other.

And then, he happily jumped a few stones and rested on the highest rock - still in his colors of orange and black.

Black- the colour of rocks inside the circle and the only orange that I could see in that whole area was a scarf around my neck...

But before he could jump on me and melt into my colours, a disturbance of other people's walking came between us and his focus was disturbed.

Still staring at me, he jumped once again. Down this time and with one more jump he was inside a hole in the ground.
Maybe his home where I was standing when our eyes met.

And that's how it ended - my evening with a Chameleon!

With him, scaring me off; he sort of protected me from going deep inside the circle and meet any other dangers - any danger which could have been lethal.

And now I am already thinking of seeing him again. To thank him, perhaps...
